From Jamie to all... by the way, I find it amazing that Lebed's clumsy lies go without comment, but someone selling their shares is cause for attack. I'll be here when the cheering stops.

Do not feel obligated to post this. I never intended to make you my publicist.

****************************************

My post about selling shares yesterday left some of you with the misconception that I sold because of a personality conflict with Ira or because I didn't like the public relations service provided by the company. That assumption is false. I sold for one reason---because I expect the price to go down.

Currently Ira is attempting to support the price with a barrage of press releases; some entirely bogus (e.g. Feb. 16), and some impossible to confirm (e.g. "Stock Buyback"). But as the weeks go by without seeing audited financials, investors will become disillusioned and the price will drop into the low 20s.

Probably some time in April we will finally see the audited financials. That will give Ira enough time to educate investors to the fact that the $.11/share will be effected by some mitigating factors, like "writeoffs for non-recuring expenses."

At that point investors will either forgive Ira or they will punish him. If the short memory spans of many of the posters on this thread are any indication, investors will forgive Ira and the price may rise slightly. But on the off chance that investors punish Ira, I would prefer to be on the sidelines. Anyway, an investment in FAMH is dead money for at least the next 4-6 weeks.

BTW, if anyone on this thread thinks that audited financials are coming out next week, you haven't been paying attention.

You may consider this to be wild speculation, but it's certainly no worse than Ira's technique of guessing at Earnings per share. Also, the fact that I have speculated at all should be ample proof that I am not Little Engine. He is strictly a numbers man. However, if you want further proof that I am not LE, I will fax my E*TRADE confirmation to one of you when it arrives in a few days.
