If I were a person to bet on some things, this one sounds like a no brainer. I believe that Kertzman is gone by Dec. I don't really have a feel for it , because I can't see it effecting Ifmx in the near (1-2 years) future. Don't forget they have Mr. Myles.

You make good points here. There is definitely an unnecessary ambiguity involved here which IMO would support the possibility of a power struggle that was resolved in this inept way. Something is getting in their way to more clearly define the roles of these two individuals in the company. Interesting. There is definitely more at work here than meets the eye, and the results leave much to be desired.
