Jay, The business models of both companies ( DCLK & NETZ ) include Banner advertising sales to companies that want to advertise via banners on the Internet. Both companies have technology to target advertising to consumers of different interests and they also target customers via site divisions I.E. Investor related, Health and so on. Thats is about all they have in common to my understanding. On the other hand NETZ has many other products including other internet advertising products. Other than the Internet related products they have a advertising program that is sold to mfg of other software and cd's that allows for customer registration and data gathering even when the consumer does not have internet access. Other products are being offered in the automotive industry. Bob

IOW, I'm looking for some discussion of the fundamental downside factors for NETZ ... management, technology, etc. The only tangible downside I can see in NETZ is that it still can turn out to be a scam. If NETZ is still walking the walk in a few weeks we can rule that out and start trusting at least the intentions of NETZ and their management. Right now I trust them with my money, so... In the shorter term there are the MM doing their thing with avid help from daytraders. Stock technical things like that. Others can contribute more and better, I am sure.
