What is wrong with you? The total shares was the question. That was all. Not the status of the shares. Total shares have a function in calculations. I wasn't determining the float. That would be where Restricted shares would make a difference. In determining the total shares issued the number of restricted shares has no meaning.

Total shares issued is as I put it simply....the number of equal shares in which an equity (or pie) is divided. You should read the previous posts before getting your yourself all worked up. There was no angle...no spin...just the total number...got it?

As for playing or nit picking: How many times can you question a simple statement? If Float was the question then restricted shares would have been mentioned.

Ellen, the only FACT is that the merger agreement calls for the shares to be restricted. Whether that will be the case remains to be seen. Agreements can be amended by the mutual consent of the parties.
