There's another side note on the 14k barrels the permit was issued for. That of course was twice what they hoped for. The side note is that there is no reason that they couldn't apply for a larger permit later, if the need arose. Mike said it might never look like a line at a '70's gas station. Just a steady flow month to month. He also reiterated the fact that they are hoping to do another one in Texas.
