Before the end of GIFS, I called Jess Lovell to see if Amercian Lift was legit. He sounded like someone who was duped by Mohamed. Was he part of the scam too? I thought that he had complained to Mohamed that he did not have money to pay the bills.

This is what prompted me to call you about the payroll problem.

Funny you should mention them trying to buy gifs. Some papers I got from the State of Tennessee show someone making an offer for the remainder of Gifs ($50,000 I believe). It was refused by Bryant, as was a counter offer. Perhaps the offer came from Emery et al?
