IBM gets away with it for two reasons.. One IBM is BIG and two IBM makes PC's too, so people always do it looking for an "in" with IBM.

Personally I think this is a bad sign for AMD.. I maybe wrong and for all the AMD investors I hope I am, but I haven't put a dime into AMD for a while and don't intend to after hearing this (at least for a while)..

The scarey thing is the agreement doesn't start till Q3 (wafer starts in Q3) which means the product probably won't be ready until Q4 (giving time for pilot runs etc.)
