This is not true. I was not aware of any "leak" until Tod told me about it after I got out of GIFS. Also, I was always told that I received the release after it was released to the news wires. I then gave it to the SAC. The reason I talked to Rehtorik after you was because I was always calling for him and usually got you instead. I drove down to meet Silverman, because I wanted to see if he was for real. That was all. I had no idea that the Congress sale press release was from California. I know that they had an attorney in Southern California.

Ken, This part of your statement makes complete sense. The records will show that I (and others) were foridden to give out information...Michael Rehtorik was the only one you were to talk to. Mike was controlling all of the information to me and everyone else. Why should he risk me finding out from you that there were financial problems, or that the Motorsports sites were bogus? You thought that I was asking you those questions because I trying to see if you were an informant. But it is the opposite. I was trying to find out if Mike was lying to me. Mark
