Jonathan: I like Mr. Pink, he seems like reasonable fellow or gal. What exactly do you believe supports your statement that He "used scare tactics to push down" ACRT?

If the only support this stock has is from folks on this, the YAHOO thread, Motley Fool, AOL boards and that II rag, then maybe you have a point. Otherwise, it seems a far cry to suggest that anyone on this thread is wielding the size blocks that have sent this junk heap stock to it's current levels.

Mr. Pink is your next door neighbor. He has been stalking you and he has shorted around 500,000 shares just to ruffle your feathers. I suggest that you start a fund and become the first contributor for a public monument to his dearly departed mother, the late Mrs. Pink. Remember, it was because of her that young Master Pink picked up that first investment textbook and set out to expose schlock house businesses like Actrade. It is not too late for you to make amends, but my suggestion would be to do it before the trial begins.

Let me see if I got this right? You accuse pinkie of scare tactics AND you're threatening him/her with bodily harm? Maybe we can take a step back and look at this. I'm having a little difficulty with your logic on this.... let's see if you oppose a point of view, even if it is rational, you call it scare tactics, right? And then feel obliged to THREATEN that party? But, wait... you are intellectually opposed to intimidating (scare) behavior. Man, this is so confusing. I can't quite put my finger on it, but something seems peculiar with all of this. The equation won't balance for me. Paul
