Larry,

You're right. It makes no sense. I know nothing about TMAX, so it was just wild speculation off the top of my head to try and explain the reasons behind FAHN's shorting. After checking into TMAX further, I realized that there is no real synergy between the two companies. Besides, TMAX has only been public since October. They haven't been around long enough to prove themselves as an attractive take over target for anyone.

I usually don't make stupid comments like this without checking into the feasibility of them first. I've been suffering from a bad case of the flu all week and I guess the snot is starting to clog my brain.

Hank

Try these for rationale: RADAF tries to obtain licensing agreements on favorable terms with (Disney, Nintendo) but is unable, but they know (industry scuttlebutt, drinking buddies) Toymax has done so, thus making them an attractive purchase. Perhaps they just want to hire their kind of talent intact rather than build it in-house. They want an immediate East Coast presence, distribution network, etc., and Toymax gives it to them...with a successful toy business included. Chaz.
