John,

I thought he meant #1, but like you, I find it hard to believe there is not enough available. However, with over 30MM restricted, 4M might be hard to find available in the float. They could shake out more shares by raising the Bid (hint).

Be careful out there.

JohnnyH,

I live somewhere between San Diego and Carlsbad in a great condominium above the beach with a very well built rock and cement retaining wall. I can see the most beautiful sunsets right out my windows as well as check out the surf and beach activity!

Perris Valley? Not familiar.

I am hoping FAMH IS taking the proper steps in being a reporting company for the credibility factor obviously. If so, I hope they do file the proper paperwork required for all their transactions.

Going for a walk....

Jane

>>Does he mean:<<

Good question, John. Another example of the difficulty of anyone figuring out just what Ira means when he says something. Obviously there are plenty of shares on the open market. I think both Ira and the company would do a lot better if he said less.
