Can't the government just leave us the hell alone???!!! I wonder how much this study cost the tax payers? Boy, am I glad I have Big Brother to help me....I'd be totally lost without them. The FCC...what a joke! They're almost as worthless as our wonderful Dept of Education! Whoops, sorry to those of you who can't get through the day without the helping hand of our govt.

This reply is totally off topic to Glenn's post, but does anyone remember the post that basically listed all of the "class action" suits filed by "....Lerach and Co, LLP". I think they had an action against Ascend (along with actions against 300 other companies claiming to represent "shareholders", what a racket) and someone had posted a list of all on this thread. I could use a pointer to that post.
