Thanks, Carl, but I was in a dilema. I had been promised for weeks that the offices were going to be raided. Had I left, important documents would have disappeared. I handled the website, all correspondence, and incoming and outgoing mail and faxes.Mo even had an electronics expert--and ex-FBI agent--scanning my offices trying to find out what was up.

I honestly had feelings, inclinations, and suspicions, but not enough proof. Ironically, when the State came in their interest was primarily civil and to find evidence to close the place. I pointed out numerous places for them to look and this (no doubt) got other agencies involved this led to criminal charges.

If you've never been in this situation before, it's hard to explain, but I just didn't have enough proof or means to fight Mohamed. Mohamed was the CEO; but he did not pull this off alone. BTW my last pay check bounced--so I lost, too.
