Perhaps they're out finalizing the loan structure for closure of the Mindis deal. Looking at the numbers it appears they'll for sure need a lot more financing and I guess they might structure it like some of the others where it's a cash plus shares deal. Has Alex given any hints on how that deal is going to go?
