More from Goldman:

Price target $33-$35. 20%-25% discount to Pvt Market Value of $43.

Est 1.5mm 1998 adds

Est 13.5 million subs in 2005, (WOW!)

Plenty of spectrum.

INT'L - $4 cost of spectrum. $6 cost of build out. Very low. Should get high rates of return.

Buyout - Interested in "strategic" partners. Not interested in financial deal.

Capable of pre-paid. But hasn't decided whether or not to offer it.

Concerns: Market size, total capacity, single source supplier. (Doesn't seem too worried about these. Effectively rebutted in report.

My take: the numbers are moving up. Goldman is now on board. If sub numbers are good in April, then everybody moves up to higher target prices. I predict we will never see $25 again, (unless there is a split). I think the new floor will be $27/$28 soon to move to $30-$32.

More later-

In the black, never goin' back Bubba.
