Mike,

I think I can explain a little of JB's logic. News is very rarely released late in the week, and almost never at the end of a month or quarter. So, the likelihood of a news release early in the week is higher than at the end of the week.

After reading the 8-K, there appears to be incentive for Ancor to keep the average price above $8.50, to increase the conversion price, and lower dilution. The $8.50 price is also an average, so at some point, we have to be higher than that to bring the average up. I think the beginning of these averages started last Friday. (I'm no expert on these things, so somebody correct me if I'm wrong.) I think it might be prudent to keep track of the average closing prices since then, so we will know what the conversion price will be. At any rate, it seems logical that if Ancor has news to release, we should see it before the 30 days are up.

(Please note that this is pure speculation on my part, but it makes sense to me. Enough sense that I was a buyer again today.)

Craig
