There are a large number of water companies in business. With the exception of the handful of "premium" companies, the busines is commodity priced. If RMIL had water products selling on the shelves of local supermarkets, I'd see your point. Since they do not, they are not really in the water business (as far as I am concerned). When they are bottling and selling water, then they will be.
