Kevin: RE competitive environment - your assessment is identical to Luongo's comments. if seibel's sense of competitive victory was formed competing against broc/aurm he's in for a much tougher environment...in addition to lower average selling prices. Our customer surveys indicate a somewhat mixed bag regarding SFA. (echo - Shege) There are clearly a few failures, some folks are seeing the payoff, but they UNIVERSALLY find SEBL an arrogant organization to do business with. Hey sales weenies - How much of an impact does the arrogant disposition of a sales person have on the decision making process? Another question is, how often can we find examples of any kind of disappointing enterprise deployment? Who's willing to admit a multi-million dollar/huge personnel usage mistake? Kevin, in addition to the mo' guys getting out and burning up the street for the small investor, note that ol' Tommy and charles schwab have sold quite a chunk of their holdings too.
