Speculation as to why DD picked today
to announce that it had lifted its stake

all I can think of is that it is trying to

a) protect the post earnings correction
b) elicit a short squeeze after earnings are announced

Actually, volume the past few days has been suprisingly
small--just a little over normal.

We need to see details of the DD filing and compare it to previous filing. In previous filing DD owned 2.65M shares but the total of DD plus affiliated groups was 4.7355M shares. This is either a 2.08M share increase or a rearrangement of shares within DD and its affiliates. The similarity of numbers leads me to believe its the latter, but I will wait to see the filing.
