It was Mike that was transferring thousands of shares a day to the Canadian Broker at Brink, Hudson, & Lefever, Ltd. 1 (800) 736-1519, the account was in the name of Delta Corporation, S.A. and had Cristian Gibson as its officer (Sec./Treas.) Gibson held dual citizenship in the U.S.and Costa Rica. It was at his girlfriend's house that Mohamed was living and it was there that I sent Tod Pauley looking for him. We know Mo was there as recently as July. Perhaps you misunderstood about Canada. Perhaps the reason Tod asked you to verify things was that I have insisted on your invovlement from the beginning. I make no claims or accusations, I only know what I witnessed. Ken

Mark, it was in response to your post on H$H that I first became involved with GIFS and I admit I was lazy by not doing my due diligence; however, after realizing you had been scammed, I have a hard time forgiving you when you decided to take a couple of days to let the others know what you as the SAC had learned. After all, we had (mistakenly or not) trusted you to keep us advised. In my opinion, your role was different than a mere investor. I say this opinion - not from a legal point - but a moral one. I believe you when you say that you had no participation in the fraud, but I sure wish you had disseminated the truth when you learned of it.
