First, I appreciate your posting something for debate. Second, I think
what your saying is completely ridiculous. Third, your probably right!

Let's continue this when I am at a faster interface.

Thanks for your post,
Joe

The world's riches belong to those who can see the future clearly, when all around them see murkiness. That is why people invest in CUBE.

Pretty good Bob.

The DVx encoders that are on the market are being purchased by the same C-Cube customers that use to buy the old encoders. DVx's price is 40% lower, no growth there. C-Cube needs to increase units by 66% to break even. The 1st new market for DVx will be for non-linier editing. We should see some announcements yet this Q.

Divicom grew at a 48% rate in 1997. Q4 sales were over $25M of C-Cube's $90M.

If I was a money manager, would I buy C-Cube now? No. Why?

Because Dell, Compaq, Intel are the money makers.

Your own response makes me want to question your conclusion. Dell, Compaq, and Intel (relatively large companies to CUBE) have significant deals in the works culminating now. That would indicate relatively large revenue streams toward CUBE.

Go CUBE!
