It seems there were THREE law firms announcing shareholder suits today: Spector & Roseman, P.C. biz.yahoo.com Barrack, Rodos & Bacine biz.yahoo.com Kaufman Malchman Kirby & Squire, LLP biz.yahoo.com They all have the same class period. What's the deal? Are these three separate suits, or just 3 law firms working on the same suit? Hopefully, Vivus is still using the top-drawer Silicon Valley legal talent that should know how to fight this nuisance without it becoming a distraction to management or a cash drain to shareholders. --Whippy
