not to nit pick but I thought the company was in control of when trading was going to begin. According to you, everything was okay
with the trading halt and the company voluntarily stop trading their
stock until the money arrived.

NASD has total control but they wanted to wait until the money came in because they don't want the MM's to walk it down? That about it, Sport?

NASD has an application that they recieved on Jan 30, it has yet to be cleared for trading but I think they need to see some clean financials and a current 10K, not the $10,000,000.
