Jason: Hate to say this but based on the price action after the transaction (dropped from 11 1/4 to 11) it looks like a sell to me Where's that damn earning report?! Charlie

Actually, my broker's time and sales shows 140,400 at 11 1/4, then 140,400 at 11 5/16. The first may have been a cross (MM to MM), the second looks like a buy since it was at a higher price. David (another rookie on the thread!)
