Actually, my broker's time and sales shows 140,400 at 11 1/4, then 140,400 at 11 5/16. The first may have been a cross (MM to MM), the second looks like a buy since it was at a higher price.

My TOS chart (PC Quotes) shows no such block. There wasn't even that many shares traded between 3 and 4. The largest block the last hour was 4k. The largest block all day was 10000 (4 times).
