40MM shares outstanding
30MM shares on a 3 year restriction
10MM shares Float (with an additional 4MM reduction)

There are about 40 - 41 mill shares outstanding. See research by Brad:
Subject 19418

Therefore, a 4 million share buyback would reduce outstanding shares to 36-37 million shares.

Note also: EPS statement of 0.09 for 4th quarter is stated by FAMH to have been made in error.
