I haven't heard anything to that effect. Which doesn't mean it may not be happening. If that's the rumor it would explain the activity in SCOP and CLFY today. It wouldn't surprise me if it does happen--we've talked in the past about the impending consolidation in this segment. FWIW, Larry buying SCOP would make more sense than Tom buying SCOP. ORCL already has the former VP Engineering from SCOP, and it would be a lot easier for that guy to assimilate the SCOP technology than it would for one of Siebel's minions to swallow SCOP. I'm not going to say anything about CLFY because Kevin will be all over me. Even though he knows I'm right.
