Ned, I am sorry that there is no way to set up an exact time for the person to be there. We are too busy to make an exact time to be in the office for a phone call AT THIS POINT. We are busy getting major projects done. They would be willing to call you, but as I suspected, you are not willing to allow that. Once things settle down I will get a time set up.
