<<< can operate as DELL can? It has to be a consumer company, or a new way of doing, presenting, or supplying, an product or service, that every retail investor can identify with, meaning having mindshare. Valuation is no concern in the beginning. <ggg>>>>

IMO those companies seem to be coming up now in Amazon, the web flower sales??,and the AOLs, yahoos, Etrades, category. All bound to grow hugely, especially those getting active in other countries, like yahoo is.
When and if Dell ever cools off, I will try some of those.
One useful way to get into the right one might be to buy several, and per Mr Oneil, if one tanks by 8%( use more for tech stocks) then sell it and put the money in the one still going up.
Might even make money on "losers" when AOL buys them out(Hahahahahha)
That happens to be the way I got so heavily into Dell,
bought jabil, it tanks, I buy Dell. Buy adic,Glw,rdrt, smod, etc,
same thing. It is just a general thing stated by saying sell the losers, and take the loss(not easy, esp with cpq) and keep the winners.
