Jonathan,
As much as I am a stong supporter of FAMH, I diagree on a couple of points.

1. Diluted numbers do matter. They are a more accurate reflection of the value of the company to its shareholders. If the company issues options or other shares that dilute the value to each shareholder, it does made a difference.

2. As I understand, it is now required by the SEC that EPS numbers be stated based upon a diluted eps.

Any comments by anyone else out there?

Companies often state diluted AND undiluted earnings in their 10Q and 10K audited financials in order that earnings can be properly evaluated. Guess we will soon see.

Some of the recent naysayers on this board have their own agendas and it IS NOT getting their certain Questions answered... has anyone noticed. They bate others and by responding to their statements credibility is given. Ultimately it ends up a crowded board an interested newcomer does not bother reading. Pity .
