Hello George!!!!!

Here is my technical analysis and interpretation on MLU chart that I learned from many technical analysis books I read and strongly recommend other to read.

Insiders was running a shaker between May 97 to October 97 driving
this stock all the way down to a dime, as small guys dumping their
holdings during this fear cycle not knowing what was going on with
a company. Now during this time I particularly noticed few houses Union 77, Golden Capital, George Pacific and other picked up shares on the asks continuously, but not putting bids on the market as I saw very few bids on market depth. On October's NR, early market participants who followed and knew this company was for real started accumulating shares causing a small runup. Now since there were too many smart early participants got into this play at a "floor price", so the insiders only choice was to shake them out again by cutting off any flow of news release to public and causing market makers to evaporate the stock thus drying up volume. That was why insiders or promoters not pumping up the ask simply to scare out small stock holders because they knew smart buyers would grab the big asks instantly which would make a lot of sense. Interestingly, I noticed these particular houses picked up shares again during the last two months of 97. If I can remember correctly that there were few large blocks of stock crossed near a botom and/or may be obviously insiders were writing themselves option big time.

MLU has low public float, the spread is quite large indicating that some informed holders don't want to sell for some profitable reasons. Hmmm!!! Canacord snagged 70,000 shares in a minute
on the asks on no news causing break out. Last week's activity
look like a last attempt to shake the tree by launching a further
downward price drop which scare the hell out of everybody into selling, tripping up all stop loss orders before CC move it back up
on Friday. The stock is doubled but not a word to be found yet of what make the move and obviously somebody know something.

Roy
