I haven't seen anything about the class action anywhere else, either, which leads me to believe we haven't SEEN the FULL reaction to it yet. When it hits Yahoo, that will be a good indication that everyone is aware of it. Then we'll see what happens. Waiting for Wednesday's gap to fill (at a minimum)...

Mr. Ghandour,
I posted the article regarding the lawsuit immediately after it came over Stocksmart because it is relevant and current information. I would hope that people who read this thread would appreciate my passing it along. You use the word "alleged" and claim you have not seen it elsewhere insinuating that the story might be manufactured by a short. I would not post it if I were not very confident with regard to its accuracy. I am long NOVL with an $8 cb. It held its ground in spite of the news which, as you mentioned, is a great sign. I would like to see NOVL use some of that cash sitting there to buy back...this would send the message home.
Cheers
Ken
