Thought it might be nice to post this as a head line for the thread as other investors may want to use the SI search feature to key on the words "Novell" and "Class Action Suit"!

Also, many of the search engines update their databases and indexes from SI using only the SI thread headlines. Try a search sometime and check out what comes up.

If these allegations are true and can be proven then Novell is in for more difficult times.

Yup, Joe, that's pretty much how I remember it. Still don't expect anything to come out of it, though. I still can't find ANY reference to this thing outside of the businesswire links that have been posted. Not on NASDAQ, Yahoo, CBS, even though most of them carry Business Wire. It'll probably show up around 11:30 tonight.
