Mr Harvey Keats reports
Donner has agreed to purchase from Thistle Creek Resources a 50% interest in 165 mineral claims
covering property in the South Voisey Bay project area. This purchase will give Donner a 100% interest
in this property subject to a 1% nsr royalty interest retained by the vendor. The purchase price is
500,000 shares of Donner, of which 250,000 will be issued on closing. The remaining 250,000 shares
will be issued upon $1 million of new expenditures having been incurred on the property.
Donner has granted stock options entitling the holders to purchase, for five years, 550,000 shares at
$1.96.

ED - Do not get me wrong I like LAB b/c I like the property and I own shares. But think today LAB issued another possible 9 million shares at .22 - this is very close to the total number of shares of Pallaum. Look at 1996 - based on this property alone PLM went to $3 when Lab went to $1. I'll try and find out exactly how many shares fully diluted they have out ( maybe you could add this to your informative ticker. ) Ed - come on the selling yesterday was for sure attributed to the financing - the VSE allows a % discount on the closing price that is set - so if LAB closed at .40 today then they would not have done a financing at ,22. Anyways, thanks for the informative posts
