All:

Time is coming soon that all of us will be held accountable for our comments on these threads....my suggestion to everyone is that if you sense that the negative poster is trying to make waves....IGNORE them!! If you post ..then they post..they you post...then they post
Nip it in the bud....dont post these people ..it will leave them less
ammunition to respond to....c'mon folks use your common sense...which isnt so common..

Hmmm...lets see...the stock opened this week at .28 cents ..there abouts....closed near 80 cents......I will take that kinda increase!!

To all--

I've got a general question, and it might well be a dumb one----

At the end of the 2nd press release of Wednesday, it read different from the 1st...

I've found the Wall Street Equities, Inc. website, wsei.com
and as far as I can find out, they're a discount brokerage firm and a market maker in FIXC, CPAQ, DHBT, and CRCS....all of which I don't follow/never heard of. What is their connection to NETZ/Zulu?

Thanks,
Mark

TO ALL: OtherChap is not as mysterious as you may think.

Well. I don't find it constructive to read his posts anymore. I will only answer if he posts directly to me and the only if I find something to respond to. Other than that he's invisible to me. I mean, I can get more reliable quotes from my usual server.

Do what you will with him, only try to not expose yourself to his comments. And should he say something, answer with a level head. Bjorn Borg is a great role model when it comes to behaviour. Think stone face.

That's all I will say. Proceed.

Short? How does one short a stock that sells for less than a $1? I always thought there were SEC rules that treated shorts like margin and that it had to be $5 or more per share to short.

OtherCrap exposed. Read on to realize how he profits by being here.

Please Check the time on: #2246 In response to your statement on #2226: "except for the occasional jab after cocktail hour from his home, we won't be hearing from him until 9:30am Monday morning."

Right on with your detective work. When LOCK is hot, there is another "DoubleCrap" with the name "TechTrader". Now it is TekTrader I think. Might want to go to LOCK, find one of his posts, open his profile, check out his responses. Same exact M.O. In fact, probably the same person in the mm office. Two or more memberships.

Important for people to realize that a mm can short thousands of shares when the stock spikes without borrowing the shares first. For instance, a stock like NETZ spikes up to $1.40 in a few minutes, OtherCrap loads up "1000" shares in the "sell" window on his computer and keeps hitting with the "preference" box checked on mm at the bid. This causes those mm to disappear on level 2, if the momentum is strong on the buy side at the time, they continue hitting the sell until the mm on the bid side start to wane. When this happens, traders see the bid mm'rs disappearing and they run for the door too. When the price drops down, DoubleCrap doubles his money by buying the shares back quickly by hitting the "buy" side on his computer enough times to equal his sells. Now he pockets the difference, and he is flat. Remember he has 3 days for settlement. The more he badmouths the stock the more he profits by being able to buy the shares back cheaper than he sold. The only way he can lose is if he can't buy the shares back cheaper than he sold them for. Very little risk in that. Fastest way to make money quickly. REAL quick. $100,000 in a day is common on a little penny stock easily. Saw it being done in New York in '96

Do not believe DoubleOtherCrap when he responds to this with, "Your paranoid........" or, "Impossible, I've never shorted or bought this piece of crap stock......." Or: "That's ridiculous, for one thing it's illegal, or, "It can't be done", and I don't know what I'm talking about. Remember, I SAW it being done and thought at the time that this was crooked as hell. And it IS. Highly crooked. But, none the less, when there is big bucks to be made "otherCraps" do it. Big time. Read his letters, he is only interested in trashing this stock during market hours for 6 1/2 hours. He shorted the stock and is only interested in buying the shares back at the cheapest possible price.

Now get ready to see "new" letters appear in his profile so he can say, "see, I'm interested in other stocks." The guys I saw in New York made a killing on IDID. They are working in tandem too at their office. Same guy, 2 names. One name tries to validate what the "other" name says. Gets the negative momentum going. Notice the name, "Other"Chap? Try and figure out who the other other chap might be and the puzzle will come together.

Aloha, Terry

Your post #2226 got it right. We got him. He is going down fast. He will either disappear or come back strong with the usual. We must all think. "Why would someone who isn't crazy or disturbed, working with a full deck, who has an elevator that goes all the way to the top, who isn't a plate or a fork short of a full setting be so interested in trashing a company he isn't short in when he should be trashing the companies he says he is short in? Why does he only care about this un-owned, un-short BB stock that he says he hates and has no interest in what so ever. Now when he (or possibly a she) writes, we should only respond with: "Read #2226, #2302, #2305, #2312.

Alerting new comers to the thread with those posts will save them a lot of sorting out the crap.

Thank again for you help,

Aloha, Terry
