Tidbits from the Meeting:
* Frank announced that the Tempest Cyclone Fax Server is ready for sale at $ 3,300 retail with 30 day delivery.

* ATT lawsuit not resolved but now talking about small dollars. Frank has to attend another deposition next week.

* 18 sites for colocation selected, now have to work with each site individually for installation requirements.

* Template contract with Worldcom calls for 250 sites (eventually).

* New FNet business plan finished and in the hands of 2 (?) underwriters. Still calling for 100-120 million bucks.

* 2 scenerios for IPO: First is continue to plan and implement IPO in 3-4 months. Second is to take on major player as partner and IPO later this year, maybe September or later. Sounds like talks are in progress with someone big (my impression). Indication that the underwriters prefer scenerio 2 but number 1 is still possible.

More to follow.....
Bruce

Hey sorry. I thought, as with your posts on the other thread where you incorporate song titles, that the song somehow had relevance to the thread on which it was posted.

Once again sorry for any misunderstanding.

Martin Smith.
