Thank you Michael. Right after Matt posted I telephoned the Miami office, 305-438-0020 and got the automated voice mail system. The CEO did not pick up. We need factual information on this board. Educated guesses are acceptable as long as they are short on hype and long on reason. But clearly Matt lied and has now lost all credibility. I invested in Henley because I like the company and its prospects. I am also invested in BrainTech for similar fundamental reasons. My strategy is to get principle free and leave profits invested in the right companies. Good Luck to all on Monday Morning.

If it is true that Matt Black has deliberately lied to the board in an attempt to manipulate the stock, he should be reported to those in charge of SI. And his behavior should be mentioned on various threads around SI? Matt, do you have anything to say in your defense?

To all concerned: Boy, you leave town for a couple of days and all hell breaks loose on the internet! First of all, to address some of you doubters about my intentions; I am personally in to the hilt in this stock and the only reason for my post was to inform the rest of the investors of some information which I had gleaned directly from someone who absolutely and positively identified himself as the CEO of HNLY. The reason I specifically asked about the earnings date was to establish a more concrete time frame as I knew this to be important and wanted it straight from the top, not through some outside PR firm trying to pump the stock. When he told me his approximate date for the release, I about fell out of my chair. I knew everyone on the thread had been talking about next week's release and I certainly didn't want there to be alot of investors worrying about why this anticipated release didn't materialize. As far as I knew, I was the first person on the thread to hear something directly different than this Jeff Brommer was saying and just wanted to pass this new information on. In regards to Jeff, I am placing a phone call immediately following this post and /or attempting to e-mail him in lieu of reaching him by phone to get to the bottom of this. Maybe Jeff's the one who needs to get on the phone to the CEO and find out why he's telling people the wrong earnings release dates, if in fact they are wrong! By the way, my broker at Schwab was on the conference call with me and another large investor and the entire conversation was supposedly recorded by the brokerage firm. I am attempting to get a copy which we may be able to put on the internet in my defense. I can only apologize for any anxiety my former post may have caused, but not for the information which I still believe came directly from a man at Henley who identified himself as the CEO and who seemed to know an awful lot more about this company than someone who could have posed as him. Next time don't start accusing people of lying before you get all the facts. Some of us are genuinely interested in the truth.
