I checked NewsAlert.com and the $1.11B contract is for real. Please excuse my skepticism, Mr. Parekh. I like to think I keep my eyes peeled but I do not recall seeing anything about it.

Does anyone have anything on the electrical problems? Recall that there was a subnormal power output on some of the 8 launched earlier this month. They said it would not affect the mission. Anything from them or anyone else since then? Is Nelson's rather unpersuasive post just a rehash of that info, or is it truly a problem? And will it matter ILO the whopper we just landed?

Dwight, regarding <<Jay, where did you find this? >>

Not sure where Jay found it, but I saw it here:
quicken.excite.com

The more interesting question is what are the margins expected to be for this sort of contract?

Mr. Nelson, please quit the cloak-and-dagger game and give us at least some clues or where/how you are coming up with these rumors, which by the way, seem part of the territory with these satellite stocks. Similar rumors were going around after the recent Globalstar launch, meanwhile the stock went from the low-mid 50s to the high 60s. On second thought, keep those rumors flowing -g-
