For such a huge contract, wasn't the press release a little skimpy? Or, is it just me? Oddly, there has also been no ORBI release concerning the MDA contract with Cdn government.

Before I get spammed for anti-Orbi comments, I am long on ORBI--it is the present jewel of my portfolio and I LOVE it.

As an aside, there could be a thesis on the social fabric of discussion groups here on the ORBI thread--a real soap opera.
