Bill, the only problem with reverse split is that they almost always drift back to or near their pre-split price.

Bill,

Im like many of the posters here and own 10's of thousands of shares of INCE. My recent experience in reverse splits is not a pleasant one. Typically, after the reverse split, the stock gravitates to its earlier value. I have been holding another reverse split stock for 6 months now and it continues to slide. My discussions with others seem to reflect my opinion. Although I could (and hope) be wrong.

My position is one of desperation and lost hope. I have rationalized my loss and continue to hold on to my shares as a last hope effort.

Good luck to all!

Don
