Byron, IPO scenerio 1 (FNet alone) is estimated at 3-4 months from now. Scenerio 2 (FNet and big player/partner private cash infusion) is at least September. I get the impression that Tom would prefer #2 since it would be a stronger company right off the bat.

One issue I could get Tom to totally clairify was how Franklin can maintain over 50% ownership of FNet if they actually IPO or privately issue another 10 million shares (does not add up). He just smiled and said they had it covered. I asked, he denied that they would issue themselves more shares. I joked that Frank might donate his shares back to Franklin but Tom said not a chance<g>.

Oops, my wife wants to go shopping NOW, check back later.
