the insider dollars...
in the convertible allows them to accumulate more shares, for less money, in ways they normally couldn't have purchased stock.
it also shows more faith than others may have.. it may increase the float, but the increase in the float does not make the stock more liquid if the increased amount of shares are still in the hands of officers, etc.
all they did was say..
Hey.. we can do better with our personal finances by re-investing in our company..
and maybe they have more money behind them?
This stepping up to the plate for themselves is a clue to the rest of us that this is not a company run by broken down stock promoters.
And if we go with the premise that they aren't going to break insider trader rules, then this compnay should eventually be a winner..
so my suggestion is do what u want..
then if it does fall, BUY the dips.
