Lee, Good meeting you today. It sure helps to have a face to go with a name. I would agree with everything that you and Seth have commented on. This was the first time I have had the opportunity to talk on the Tempest and it was MOST EXCELLENT. I got on right after you (Lee) and I spoke to my office in the Long Beach area via a connection that went through FTEL's Atlanta office. My secretary could not tell that we were talking on the internet. I'm looking forward to hearing the other DVG's at the Telephony Expo in L.A. next week. I'm going to test everyone of them and I will let you all know how they compare.

One additional comment on the DVG production line. It was mentioned that it only takes a half hour to assemble a Tempest and with their current production they can assemble 25 per day. Assuming a 5 day work week; 50 weeks of production per year, a sales price of $19,000 per Tempest, we are talking about $118,750,000 (big number) in potential gross sales. Assuming a margin of 62% that is $73,625,000 net sales. Here's the math.

25 Tempest x 5 days = 125 per week x 50 weeks = 6,250 Tempest per year

6,250 x $19,000 = 118,750,000 gross sales x 62% = $73,625,000

The other comment I liked from Frank Peters was that he was hiring people as fast as he could.

All in all, it was a great day in Westlake. Everything I hoped to see.

That's it for now. I'll post some more later. Also, they videoed the SHM and are going to put it up on the net. I'm not sure how and when but it will happen before Monday. It may just be a Real Audio file on their Home page. Later, Bill
