pdf format? I didn't think that version was online...hmmm. Well, if you have a PC and want the MSWord version, email me at lastshadow@earthlink.net (I think the one in the cookbook url listed lastshadow@eworld.com - which doesn't exist anymore). I will mail it out early next week. If you want the Mac application instead, let me know. As for my art, its self taught. I gave up the gallery showings about a dcade ago when I stopped selling it when I moved here from New Mexico. The color ones ar not classical sumi-e, although they are in the oriental brush technique. Both the Trail of Tears series (color and monochrome are also in sumi-e). lastshadow
