I think you can find the case against Mike on the internet. Several months ago I did a search for the name Rehtorik and it came back with a case where he was banned from dealing in stocks again.

Unfortunately, I did not search during the early stages of this deal.

Yeah, we found out about Mikey being banned after the fact. Funny thing was that the info was easily attainable from the SEC...
