I concur! If we can have a president that seems to survive the most extensive investigation on sexual allegations (past and present!), we can have a company such as NOVL get through an old issue that really isn't relavent today. On the other hand, if NOVL is doing something like this real time, thats another situation!!

I agree, Terry, not a day goes by that some lawyer (usually Lerach and crew) aren't dropping a class action notice in my mailbox or my company personal news about one of these suits. I seem to remember IOM, EFII and ASND has recent defendents.

Lerach was, BTW, the author of the recent, failed initiative attempt in California to make these lawsuits even easier to file. You know what they say... "if you ain't cheating, you ain't trying!"
