Talked to an Smith Barney broker today and he also said that anytime is a good entry point on IBM. Of course he didn't own dell so that kind of scared me. Played techs last year and did well but this year I'm trying to get a little more sleep. Thought IBM would be a good haul for the long run.

My mistake, eps growth closer to 22%. 99 pe of 13 gives IBM an excellent PEG ratio apr. .60. Thats about as good as it gets.

I'd like to hear why that equals a nuetral.
