RT, how can refills increase if there is no drug available? It will have to come from new 1st time users; but they want the drug too.

RE: Refill #'s.Don't know much about this but efficacy could be addressed.I know that a considerable improvement in the formula is easily attainable.Efficacy rates approaching injectables via the transurethral technique are possible.Viagras oral will be underwhelming especially with the exaggerated hype.One other problem with psychological ED population may be a "cure" after a few doses.I would be encouraged to delete therapy after a period of successful erections.I certainly expect considerable sales of Viagra with its introduction but only the physiologically compomised patients will pay the on going cost of therapy.The fefill rate for Viagra after its 1st year will be very telling.
