Bob - just for fun I thought I'd collect a few snips from the thread of Winspear, another stock Bishop trashed on Thursday. No particular order; "I do find it a little puzzling that Mr. Bishop would give Winspear a glowing recommendation last year, at much higher prices, and then put out a sell recommendation just prior to the start of drilling. Even more puzzling, geologically speaking, Winspears chances are more solid now than when Mr. Bishop put out his earlier buy signal. I havent read it but someone told me about it over the phone and it was a small paragraph near the end of his piece where he said He is now big on greenland because it is a new play and he is taking his money out of the nwt play and putting it into greenland. This move includes WSP. Corriente, Corriente, Corriente, Corriente, Corriente..............I remember! I don't know much about this Bishop character, beyond his Corriente fame ('corriente' means 'current' or 'creek' in Spanish, I wonder what the Bishop faithful name that creek -g-) Oh yeah, I forgot my pain with Oliver. Gronartic Energy., Corriente., Oliver Gold., Bitteroot., Strathmore Resources., "Eliminating Major General from our universe may help to get that point across."[BB] - My thoughts are these., and I have stated them before. Last Dec Bishop didnt recommend Fdordland at .18C because he thought there wasnt liquidity. Now I believe he has recommended them since. Fdordland and Major General share the same principals., so in essence he is condeming both companies., but is duplistic by recommending Fdordland. The obvious bias involved here is apparent you make your own conclusions., I have. So maybe Winspear shareholders should look real serious at his recommendations., and with my help one good turn deserves another. What did Bishop say - I do not know, and do not give a damn. Somewhere around here there's a thread called Bob Bishop's Picks - check it out for the customer satisfaction quotient -g- . Not that being wrong on a call is a mortal sin, but when you charge money for it, some will say so. Me, I have made a lot of money in the market, and am wrong a lot. Feel free to send me cash.
