Scott, I read SMTK the same way you did. But the market disagreed and it went up. I shorted more. Looks to me like they are buying earnings through acquisition and then writing off the acquisition cost. A well known trick that only works for a short time. There is a big outstasnding convertible that is now "in the money" so dilution is imminent.
