to all...from a source we all know... our source asked me to share this info with all on this thread. he said Tom Clines was deposed today by the bankruptcy trustee. our source will be getting a transcript as soon as it is published, and will share it with us all at that time. he said there were not any startling revelations today from what he could glean from the attorney for the bankruptcy trustee. in addition our friend stated that there is nothing new on telephonics, however he plans to speak with the family tomorrow. ps "today" as used in this post refers to 3/1/98 jd2
